When can I check in? What time is check-out?
Your room will be available from 3.00 p.m. on the day of arrival. For a surcharge, we can ensure that your room is available earlier. To request this service, please contact us no later than the day before your arrival. You can check out any time up until noon. For a surcharge, we can provide you with a later check-out time. To request this service, please contact us no later than the day before your departure. You are welcome to leave your luggage with us free of charge before check-in on your arrival day and after check-out on your departure day.

Is the hotel suitable for non-smokers? Do you have smoking rooms? Where can I smoke?
The ARCOTEL Rubin is a non-smoking hotel. It is thus prohibited to smoke either in the common areas or the guest rooms.
Is there Wi-Fi / business centre / hot spots/ internet terminals?
All guest rooms and public areas of the hotel have wireless internet access. In addition, we offer complimentary digital newspapers and magazines from 58 countries in 38 languages during your stay. Once connected to the hotel Wi-Fi, you can browse our digital reading selection free of charge.
What can I do if I don’t have a credit card and want to guarantee my reservation?
Even without a credit card, there are several ways to guarantee your reservation.
For individual bookings, we’ll be happy to send you a payment or authorization link via email upon request. Please simply send us a written request by email. You can also use the payment link to pay by bank transfer.
A guarantee without a credit card is also possible if a valid corporate rate agreement exists with the respective hotel.
Corporate customers without such an agreement have the option of conveniently sending us a written guarantee statement by email. You will then receive a payment or authorization link via email. Using the payment link, you can also pay by bank transfer.
Please note that bookings of 10 or more rooms are considered group reservations. Special conditions apply, which we would be happy to coordinate with you individually by email.
We accept all major credit cards, including VISA, Mastercard, Diners Club, and American Express.

We do not offer a foreign currency exchange service. We accept AMEX, VISA, MASTER, DINERS and JCB.
Does the hotel have parking?Can I/must I reserve a parking space in the garage?
Take advantage of the parking facilities in the public garage connected to the hotel, offering 98 spaces, including 4 EV charging stations. Elevators provide direct access to the hotel lobby or your floor. Parking fees are EUR 4.00 per hour, with the daily rate of EUR 24.00 automatically applied for stays of 4 hours or more. As the garage is publicly accessible, reservations cannot be made.

The ARCOTEL Rubin permits cats and dogs. The price per pet per night is EUR 15.00.
